Ive had this dress in my closet for 3 years now. My cousin picked it out with me in a vintage shop in NYC, who at the time, was working on the set of Gossip Girls. Fun Times! Anyway i have been debating/scared to do anything with it. So finally on Sunday I sat down at my sewing machine and went to work, and what d'ya know? it actually came out really cute!

| First I cut the neckline, (it was not very flattering the way it was) |

| Then I cut the sleeves using just a t-shirt for a guide. |

| I added a little lace at the top and VOILA! |
