A walk in the Park

Liberty Park is considered salt lake's central park. It is a pretty good replica of central park. Even though is not nearly as big, it still has beautiful scenery, especially this time of the year. We walked around yesterday in the crisp autumn air and took snapshots of the changing scenery.

Can I just say how much I love yoga! It is the most amazing workout ever.
It is a great stress reliever, and a great way to keep your body flexible.
For you mamas out there who haven't tried it, I highly recommend it!
Also if you feel you are super stressed, this is the way to go!

Summer 2010

Next Summer Rusty and I are traveling to Africa.

GIRLS WEEKEND IN NEW YORK!

LAST WEEKEND MY MOM AND SISTERS WENT TO NYC TOGETHER. WE HAD A BLAST! WE SHOPPED TILL WE DROPPED- (LITERALLY) WE SAW SHOWS AND DID ALL OF THE TOURISTY THINGS THAT ARE SO FUN- EMPIRE STATE BUILDING, STATUE OF LIBERTY, AND EVEN RODE THE DOUBLE DECKER BUS! SO FUN! THANKS MOM, HAY AND TALIA FOR A WONDERFUL WEEKEND OF GIRLIE FUN STUFF! I THINK WE ALL NEEDED IT. I CAN'T WAIT FOR NEXT YEAR!
